Their plans are similar to the others in that you can receive as many DVDs as you wish for a flat monthly fee and no postage charges. How many you have at a time depends on the plan you signed up for. Their delivery times average 2 days, however, this is subject to postal timeframes.
Whilst they don't offer telephone support, there is a great support area on the website. It includes a ticket system for contacting their customer service team which is an improvement on just emailing a support address. Your support request is directed to the most appropriate person and you have a means of tracking your requests. There is also a searchable knowledgebase of frequently asked questions and the most popular ones are listed on the first support page. The announcements area helps you keep up to date with the latest offerings.
Like most of the other online dvd rental services, you can search the titles database by title or simply browse by category. There are also some top lists if you need a bit of prompting for the most popular and similar. If you are looking for instructional DVDs then this is probably the place to get them.
