All rental orders are shipped using First Class Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. Your movies are usually delivered within 2-4 business days of shipping them from DVDO. Orders to the west coast and some rural areas throughout the country can experience delays of an extra day or two depending upon postal service traffic. If your order appears to be delayed, simply email us and we will be happy to extend your rental period.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged through our secure server system at the time of the transaction. NO MOVIE TITLES WILL APPEAR ON YOUR BILLING RECORD, only the approved charge for the rental made out to DVD Overnight, Inc. Unfortunately Checks, Money Orders, Debit Cards and Check Cashing Cards are not be accepted. You must be 18 years of age to place an order.
